Built for Local Businesses in the Florida Keys.

Marlin Sites was created to help local businesses in the Florida Keys sell online—without dealing with complicated technology, upfront inventory, or expensive agencies.

We're a small, locally run business, operated by my wife and me out of our home. We fell in love with the Florida Keys—the sailing, fishing, snorkeling, boating, the people, and the lifestyle—and wanted to build something that genuinely supports the community here.

After launching our own e-commerce store, Florida Keys Beagle, we made sure we had the experience and systems to build something that actually works. Through that process, we realized how powerful e-commerce can be—but also how inaccessible it feels to many local businesses.

Over time, we noticed a pattern. Many people here have a real passion for design, art, and creating something unique for their customers—but they don't want the headache of building and managing a website, or the risk of buying and storing inventory. In a place like the Keys, even handling and transporting products can be a challenge.

That's where our approach comes in.

By using a dropshipping model, we make it possible for businesses to sell custom products without holding inventory or worrying about fulfillment. We handle the setup, the technical side, and the ongoing management—so our clients can focus on what they do best.

Our goal is simple: help local businesses create new income, connect with their customers, and grow—without adding more stress to their day-to-day lives.
